WHAT MEAT DO YOU WANT TO EAT?
Just a short useful word 🙂
Today is a LABOUR DAY 劳动节 /láodòng jié/.
I don’t have any visual for 劳动 LABOUR ready yet, but I have this one which is quite close.
工 /gōng/ is a part of words:
工作 /gōngzuò/ WORK, TO WORK
工人 /gōngrén/ WORKER
工业 /gōngyè/ INDUSTRY
工厂 /gōngchǎng/ FACTORY
____ ___ __ _
Difference between the verbs 做 /zuò/ TO DO, TO MAKE and 工作 /gōngzuò/ TO WORK is the main subject of DAY 22 of the DAY BY DAY learning program.
要 and 想 both mean TO WANT, but not always – it depends on what we combine them with, so I made this post couple of years back to make it a little more clear.
